This is a rescue course designed and developed by RSTO for those working at height and may find themselves in situations where a rescue attempt may be required to help an individual. During this training, candidates are instructed in a range of rescue techniques depending if the attempt is to be made from a tower, crane, pole, cable car or ski lift, or even an industrial rescue. Depending on the requirements of the candidates, the training course is delivered and certified accordingly.
This course prerequisite includes physical fitness and a valid first aid certification.
To teach such a course, prior knowledge in the rescue sector may be required. Proof of such knowledge can be submitted during registration. RSTO has developed a program which covers the needs of any person working at height.
